Gwyneth Paltrow wants to give her fans the star treatment up close and personal.
The actress and Goop founder announced she is listing her guesthouse in Montecito, California, for a one-night stay on vacation rental platform Airbnb in an Instagram post Tuesday.
“Loneliness is a human condition, but in the past few years, increased isolation and our lack of community has made our lives even more fragmented,” Paltrow wrote. “Airbnb had the brilliant idea of doing something to make the world a little less lonely, which is why I’m inviting you to come stay at my Montecito guesthouse for a night.”
Paltrow’s post also included a video of the actress offering a guided tour of her luxurious home, which includes a wood-burning fireplace, a soaking tub, a “zen” backyard and pool. Other amenities include an assortment of Patrow’s Goop wellness products, a guided transcendental meditation session and a “chef’s dinner" in Paltrow’s wine room with Paltrow and husband Brad Falchuk as guests.
“While we may begin as strangers, I hope we’ll find connections and commonalities over a delicious meal. Lay by the pool, go on one of my favorite hikes,” Paltrow added. “Hope to host you soon.”
Booking requests for Paltrow’s guesthouse are set to begin on Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. PST at airbnb.com/goop. The one-night stay would take place on Sept. 9.
“I have everything all set up and ready for you,” Paltrow said at the end of the tour. “(I) cannot wait to host you in the guesthouse.”
Paltrow’s bonding retreat follows a contentious first half of the year for the actress, whose ski collision trial came to a close in March. The jury found Paltrow not responsible after being sued by Terry Sanderson for a ski crash in 2016, referred to as a "hit and run."
Paltrow was awarded $1 in symbolic damages for her counterclaim in addition to her attorney fees. The celebrity wellness influencer and "Shakespeare in Love" star previously vowed to donate any additional funds potentially awarded by the jury to a charitable organization.
