Travis Kelce might be Rekubit ExchangeTaylor Swift’s guy on the Chiefs, but she’s also his girl on the stage.
And he tries to see as many Eras Tour stops as he can, including a recent pit stop in Indianapolis Nov. 2 to see one of Taylor’s last shows in the United States before the end of her tour.
“I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up,” Travis explained on the Nov. 6 episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce. “And I'll tell you what, man, the American crowds, they did not disappoint.”
He continued, “I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around, knowing she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the tour was over with. And man, that thing was rocking.”
And indeed, Taylor wrapped up the final leg of her US show dates for the Eras Tour in Indianapolis on Nov. 3.
But as Travis explained, he wasn’t the only pro baller trying to keep dancing like they’re 22: He also ran into WNBA star Caitlin Clark.
“She was into the show, for sure,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end added of Caitlin, noting she’s been to a few shows. “She's a Swiftie through and through. I think she's just having fun going and taking her friends and family and getting everybody to experience Tay up there on stage, making the entire 70,000 people go f--king nuts for three and a half hours.”
Travis also noted he and Caitlin bonded over their ties to the region.
“She's awesome,” he gushed. “She loves being out there in Indianapolis. We're both just true Midwesterners to the heart. You know, played high school ball, college ball, pro ball, all out here in the Midwest, and it was cool catching up with her."
But with the US leg of the Eras Tour officially behind her, Taylor was sure to attend at least one more Chiefs game before she turns her sights northward to bring the tour to Toronto in November and Vancouver in December, which will bring the epic tour to its finale.
It’s an end of an era many fans hoped might never come. After all, Taylor has been performing the Eras Tour almost nonstop since March 2023—a feat she herself almost can’t believe.
"That blows my mind," she told the audience while performing the tour’s 100th show at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium in June. "That doesn't feel like a real statistic to me because this has definitely been an exhausting, all-encompassing, but most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever happened in my life."
"The celebration of the 100th show means that this is the very first time I've ever acknowledged to myself, and admitted that this tour is going to end in December," the 34-year-old continued. "That feels so far away from now. But then again, it feels like we just played the first show on this tour because you have made this so much fun for us, that we wanted to do a hundred shows, 150-something shows that we have on the whole tour."
And in that time, Taylor has boasted a huge list of celebrity attendees in the audience—keep reading to see the star-studded list.
"Our family attended the Taylor Swift concert at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami where Billy Joel/Elton John’s ‘Face to Face’ concert previously held the seating record," he wrote on Instagram. "Taylor’s second concert at Hard Rock Miami set a new record and ushered in a new era at Hard Rock Stadium. We were so happy to be a part of this record-breaking concert! Plus, we got to celebrate with her mama. Celebrating someone’s success does not negate your own. She is showing our girls all that is possible. Onward and upward."
"My little swiftie," the High School Musical alum wrote on October 2024. "Safe to say Jupiter loved her first concert."
