Bayern Munich had another goal from Sané and a score in extra time from Mathys Tel to conclude their league opener.
"Amazing start to the league season today. Couldn't have asked for it any better to get a 4-0 win, to get a goal, to get an assist is just a perfect start," Kane said after the match in a video posted to his social media. "Big thanks to all the fans, atmosphere was amazing. It's been an unbelievable week settling in with all the players, all the staff, getting to know everyone. Kane made his Bayern Munich debut a week ago as a second-half substitute during a 3-0 loss to RB Leipzig in the German SuperCup. It was the same day that his transfer from Tottenham was completed. He left the English Premier League for a reported $110 million transfer fee — a Bundesliga record.
